The aim of this study was to design the model of individual and organizational factors promoting and inhibiting Career success of woman employees at Sport Organization of Tehran Municipality. The research method was "descriptive-analytical" and statistical population of this research included all female managers working in Sports Organization of Tehran Municipality. In this research, due to the limited population size, the whole population(n=130) was selected as the sample. Data were collected by field method and researcher-made questionnaire concerned with individual and organizational factors to promote and inhibite job success for female employees. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.892 through using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as single sample T, confirmatory factor analysis, standard regression coefficient estimation and structural equation modeling were used.
